Summary: TechBuddy v1.0 is designed to run locally. It checks Windows system health, saves reports beside the app, and does not send scan data to a cloud service.
TechBuddy reads technical system information needed for PC health checks, including CPU, memory, disk space, battery state, network state, firewall and antivirus status, startup item counts, Windows device status, Windows error patterns, temp-file estimates, safe-fix results, and approved app install results.
TechBuddy v1.0 does not read personal documents, photos, videos, downloads, browser history, passwords, saved logins, screenshots, webcam, microphone, email, chat messages, or private customer files.
Scan results and generated reports stay on the local computer or the technician's USB/folder. TechBuddy v1.0 does not upload scan data, reports, customer data, or technician notes to URO Pvt Ltd or any cloud API.
Generated reports may include technician name, shop name, scan date, PC health facts, findings, safe fixes performed, apps installed, technician notes, and manual recommendations. The technician controls where those reports are saved and whether they are shared with the customer.
TechBuddy is consent-first. The owner or authorized user should approve the scan before the technician runs checks. Reports include a consent confirmation timestamp when available.
TechBuddy uses Windows Package Manager (winget) for approved app installs when internet is available. Winget and app vendors may connect to their own sources during installation. TechBuddy does not download random executable files outside the approved install workflow.
Purchases are processed through Gumroad. We do not handle or store payment card details. This website may link to Gumroad or YouTube when checkout and demo links are added.
This static landing page does not include analytics by default. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser may request those font files from Google. If analytics are added later, this policy should be updated before launch.
TechBuddy avoids hidden behavior, persistence, antivirus bypassing, password collection, and personal file access. Safe fixes require permission and are limited to the actions described inside the software.
